The thread for people who don't care about politics

The topic says it all. This thread is intended for those folks who do not follow politics and likely didn't vote in the most recent election.
The question are simple.
Over the past few days you probably will have heard bits and pieces of what's going on in Ottawa, like it or not.
Do you try to avoid hearing about it?
When you hear details about what's going on or have a quick read of the current eBrandon thread on it, what are your thoughts?
If you didn't vote last time, what would it take for you to want to vote?
Your thoughts in this discussion can help give us all an idea of where everyone else in our country is coming from during such turbulent times!
