Economic stimulous from the N (NDP) B (Bloq) L (Liberals)

Assuming they jump into power, i'd like to see some details about their proposed economic stimulous package.
Specifically, are they giving money to the auto industry? If so,what companies? Who did they consult with within the auto industry? Does this align with the US direction?
