It looks like at 8:30 AM Manitoba time tomorrow, Stephen Harper will be asking the Governor General to
Prorogue parliament.
Not completely sure on how soon we'd know what her decision is, but this thread is for you to predict... will she or won't she allow prorogation of parliament?? at the same time, whether your answer is the same or different... would you allow it if you were in her shoes?
Please keep this thread as close to the topic of prorogation as possible, keeping all general talk on the coalition, etc to the thread we have going for thjs crisis as a whole.
