B.C. Polygamist leaders charged

Two leaders have been arrested for polygamy in Bountiful, BC. One man claims to have 20 wives.
My question is if they are found guilty, would not being at home with 20 wives, be as severe as jail??? I would think that would be severe punishement - 20 of them, thing about it guys!
