Small business not pleased. Too much too fast, I think they said up 42% since 2000. Bad! Of course small business has gained 75% in tax concessions and corporations to the tune of 30 something % in the same time frame, but that’s okay. I say both are good. People have a right to shelter and food and in order to do that they have to have a job that pays a liveable wage and more buying power (that’s where your clout lies). Part of the reason businesses received their concessions was to reinvest in their business. One of the ways of doing that is to either pay the staff a decent wage and/or afford more staff and that in turn will enhance their business and provide increased buying power in other words, broaden the consumer base. Not as I suspect to line their pockets. Come on people pass it on down the line.
