MTS TV launched in Portage.. Brandon next?

Interesting to note the 30 hi def channels Portage has. It seems to me that much of the criticism of their service has been a fairly shallow hi def offering?
From what I've heard they're very close to having the necessary cable laid in Brandon as well..
