Manitoba farm land worth twice as much as Saskatchewan's

As someone who doesn't follow the farm/ag real estate business very closely I found the article below (on an Argentinian website of all places) to be an interesting read.
They are pitching Saskatchewan as can't miss investment, considering land value and the general state of that province. Interesting to note that even though our land is worth twice as much as theirs, Manitoba is still the second best farm land investment out of all of the major places they compared.
