Stephen Harper has a plan for a $3 billion emergency fund for the economy, Ignatieff & co would like to see a list of everywhere the money would be spent.  
 
Harper showed no signs of backing down and producing such a list, saying:  
"The country and other levels of government are waiting for this," Harper told MPs. "I encourage the Liberal party to stop playing games and simply let the money flow into the economy."  
 
Ignatieff has made it pretty clear after the January vote that he intends to throw his newly found weight around in situations where it's necessary. Is this in peoples' opinion an expected and necessary part of playing the role of opposition, or going too far?
