Pickton lawyer calling for new trial

Per the article below, the judge allegedly made five errors related to a response from a jury question.
The article mentions that Pickton is still looking at 20 other potential counts of murder, and if the appeal is successful the Crown would move onto *another* trial involving one of those counts. The trial in question lasted 11 months.
