Gary Doer - 66% approval rating, but PCs way ahead outside of WPG

Per the Probe Research document below, Premier Gary Doer currently has a huge 66% approval rating.
PC leader Hugh McFayden is at 36%, Jon Gerrard of the Liberals at 35%.
Doer is however just 57% outside of Winnipeg, McFayden 40% and Gerard 29%.
In terms of party support, the PC's have a huge lead outside-of-Winnipeg, 51% to the NDP's 32%
