How is Harper doing on the economy?

Per the link below, 60% of Canadians say that the Prime Minister has the economy on the right tracks after some of the controversy around election time relating to how serious he was taking it:

There are many parts of the country that are going through difficult times, but it sounds like the majority do not blame the Prime Minister for them.
