Elkhorn resort's promo

I was just wondering if any of you have heard or availed of Elkhorn resort's promo. I learned about it through a flyer they sent by mail. It's 3D/2N for just $49.99 for a family of four. the only thing is you have to attend a 90-minute seminar, with no obligation to purchase anything.
It sound like a good deal. any positive or negative comments???
