Man who shot 2 officers loses bid to get conviction overturned

I for one am glad he is in jail where he deserves to be. He tried to KILL the officers who entered his home on the warrant and set up in the bathtub to shoot whomever came his way.
His biggest argument is that they used excessive force? Give me a break, he SHOT AT THEM!
Hurray for the Judge in his decision!
