Vince Li joins the Murderers Protection Program.

The fate of Mr. Li will not be made public. A board is to decide on Monday as to whether to give him a conditional release or if he will be institutionalized.
Mr. John Stefanuik is afraid that telling the public what some think should know will violate Mr. Li’s rights as a Patient. So we all have to rely on Mr Li taking his sugar pills, and the Board being right in what ever they decide.
Note: these rules of patient rights are not in force in all provinces. Its time to include Manitoba to that list.
