MB Enhanced ID Card, your experiences

With the new Canada-US border crossing requirements, the provincial government/MPI are in the process of doing mail drops to homes to promote the new enhanced ID card. Among the things you have to do to get the card is go through an in-person interview.
I'm curious if anyone reading is able to share their experience of going through the process to get the card. What were your thoughts on the interview portion? How long did it take you to receive the card?
