Sinclair's family do not see the process as being fair. So, what I remember from this story, he was homeless, had not seen or been in touch with his family for years. I hope the inquest will prevent anything like this from happening again, but why all of a sudden is the family so involved? They are arguing they are not getting enough funding for a lawyer.
