Deborah Kunka has filed a class-action suit alleging the industry has intentionally misled the public.
We hear about the millions of dollars that are awarded in the US. Do you think this woman will win? I am on the fence here, not sure.
I know that I could not knowingly sue a company when all the warnings are out there and I smoke, knowing it is bad for me.
