Manitoba woman wins human rights case against Neepawa hotel

I really don't know what to think about this.
There are a couple other hotels in Neepawa with wheelchair access and one in Minnedosa. That's from the Travel Manitoba website. Then of course there's also Carberry, Gladstone, and Brandon. She had other options in the area instead of going back to Winnipeg. Did she ever call ahead to reserve the room?
