Bank of Canada says recession is over

From the CBC story below, the Bank of Canada has stated in its quarterly montetary report that the recession is over in Canada. Our economy will grow by 1.3% in the current quarter, however unemployment will continue to linger.
Anyone that does any investing will likely have lost a substantial amount of money in recent months. Is this the kind of news that will cause you to be more aggressive in the coming days and weeks?
