Review Board releases reasons - Vince Li

I remember a discussion about whether it was ethical for the review board to release it's decisions on Vince Li's medical infomation. It seems they have, and by reading the link, I believe that he will be locked up much longer in a mental institution than he would have if he went to jail and was eligible for parole.
