ANOTHER infant injury in Winnipeg

This toddler, about a year old, was aparently stabbed.
At this rate, you'd think there won't be many non-traumatized children left in that city.
What bothers me is how people can do this to defenseless children, come on, a bashing to the skull on the concrete, punches to the face, and now a stabbing. There's a lot of sick individuals out there who deserve treatment equal to what they did to those kids.
