It seems Winnipeg is in its glory or should be this year. The recent rush of coin from Ottawa 83.5 million just the other day was heavily -more heavily biased than its population share. Cripes 20 million for bike paths and such! I guess Harper sees Wpg far better that rural Toba although we can not be upset about what we rec'vd earlier.
What irks me this week is since the NDP has launched its replacement race for DOER- the three stooges-eeer members are falling over themselves to spend coin in WPG. Anther 60 million or so for a bridge over a week? -
I guess Wpg is thats parties strength but wow! Balance is needed and when not offered-explanations are needed!!
