3 hour Cdn Tire gas bar price drop in Winnipeg

Was just reading the story below about a promotion between Canadian Tire and Mark's Work Warehouse in Winnipeg that saw pump price at CT's gas bars dropped by 15 cents per litre from 6:30 to 9:30 this morning. Supposedly there were crazy lineups. Does anyone know if the same thing went on here???
