Telus suing Rogers over "fastest" and "most reliable" claims

Per the article below, Telus is taking issue with the fact that Rogers is still marketing their network as the Fastest and Most Reliable network in Canada. Telus of course rolled out a new network earlier this month and apparently Rogers has refused to stop labelling themselves that way.
Win, lose, or if we never hear of this again... Telus should benefit from the PR that comes out of this:
