The popularity of our 1350 dollars rebate program is one thing but If Canada did this sales installs etc would go nutzoid. This program is simply to rich for any countries taxpayers to fork over. Plus it is easily open to flim flam companies and people no matter how good the checks and balances are with that type of coin floating around.
