Winnipeg police caught on video beating man

I saw this video on the news and it is pretty brutal. From the story, one of the police officers has been involved in a previous assault.
Of course, the victim should not have been in a high speed chase and dagerous driving, but I think this was a little excessive.
Of course, seeing the video means a lot more than this story.
