While there should be an inquest and changes made due to this poor man dying after sitting in emergency for hours on end. Why should his family get any money for lawyer? Mr. Sinclair was homeless and disabled. Where was his family when he was alive? Now they want money for a lawyer?  
 
Maybe if they had been there for him when he was alive, he would have had a home, had someone with him at the hospital making sure he was getting attention, sitting with him, just being there for him. If his family members had been with him, he would not have sat and died in a waiting room.
