Manitoba Public Insurance is experiencing an issue with one of its data banks. Consequently, at this time, Autopac Agents throughout the province are not able to access the Autopac On-Line system.
Manitoba Public Insurance apologizes to its customers for any inconvenience which may have occurred due to the computer issue.
Customers will not be charged late fees or overdue interest, nor will policies be suspended, and no non-policy financing agreements will be cancelled tonight.
Manitoba’s 306 Autopac Agents were immediately notified of this system problem. Autopac Agents are still able to serve their customers via paper transactions, which will later be inputted into MPI’s computer system.
