Gun violence in Winnipeg

Just watching the CTV news right now and there have been 4 kids under the age of 16 shot within 2 blocks in 2 days. Caroline Barghout of CTV Winnipeg says in her story that people in the neighborhood are hoping for stronger police presence to look after their children....uh....since when were the police babysitters? Why isn't anyone asking where the hell the parents are? A 14 year old boy has been arrested and is under questioning...how did he get a gun? How does an 8 and 10 year old girl end up getting shot? Disgusting.....
