Remembrance day....

in Manitoba not a general holiday? Why is it that all the provinces treat this day differently. BC it's a paid stat holiday,AB everything is open including schools, MB business must stay closed/restricted hours. You would think that this day to remember all our veterans would be treated equally across the county. Were they not all fighting for the same country, being Canada?
