So the Brandon School board has agreed to rent the building out again this year too souix valley. But the building needs a new boiler at the cost of 20,000 dollars which the BSD is saying its not going to pay. They want SV to pay too replace it. Since when is it the renters responsibility to pay to renovate their building. BSD is saying that they dont want to put any more money into said building, so in that case why rent it? And why would SV be responsible for putting in a new boiler system that the BSD is just going to be able to profit off of when they sell the building?  
 
Too me this sounds just like another slumlord discussion going on just in a non residential manner.
