Fighting for access to Wpg Mayor's divorce papers

Read an interesting bit in the Wpg Free Press today. I guess Mayor Sam Katz is going through a divorce and went as far as to have his records sealed. Smelling blood the Free Press and CBC went to court to fight for access to the records. After all that Katz decided to have the records opened up.
Personally I've never been big on needing to know much about a politician's private life. Yes they are in a position of authority and they work for the people but when it comes to something like a divorce I don't think we need to know.
