CBC just posted the following information:  
 
"One of the choices is maintaining the current "single desk" system, in which the board is responsible for exporting barley. A second option says the board should have no role in barley marketing. A third says farmers who want the option to sell their barley to the Canadian Wheat Board or any other domestic or foreign buyer should be allowed to do so."  
 
I must say I'm very pleasantly surprised to see the third option on the table.  
My prediction, farmers will vote for the third option by a landslide(60%+).
