Sorry but I really dont think that the law can put down an adequate punishment for people like this. Sitting in a cell with 3 square meals a day, your laundry done, and your bills paid.
You gotta be pretty damn tough to beat on a child like that, gimme a week with one of these morons, they will KNOW what pain is.
