Congrats to the Band and its supporters on the ground breaking this week! Although I do think it will not be the money maker they hope but more on lines with the one near The Pas. It is jobs for many anyways!  
 
One concern that caught my eye was where the band raised some money to get it going. 40 Million from a US Tribe. I do hope the books are going to be very open to Manitoba lotteries. I would hate for a majority of the cash raised going straight south instead of the 64 bands.  
Yes that 40 million needs to be paid back but I hope its not like someone spending to much money on a mortgage.  
They have a big fancy house but they are house poor. After all the bills are paid and stuff there is not much left to live on.  
 
Will there be enough money going to the bands or is it break even and what they really get is 200 jobs. 40 million is a lot for 200 jobs!  
 
I am not USA bashing here but it would have been nice if that money came from the 64 bands.
