summer holiday destinations

we take holidays every year and we like to stick to manitoba. i was wondering if anyone out there knew a good camping spot. we have been to spruce woods, assissippi, west hawk lake. we have a 10 year old girl and a five month old son. we love to go hiking, canoeing, fishing , and swimming. a nice beach is a must. any thoughts
