There is to be an environmental assessment for Wind Energy development being proposed near the village of Carroll. If approved they will construct up to sixty-six wind turbines. The meeting will consist of a Q & E session. I would like any one who intends to attend to ask them to explain what they intend to do about the low buzz that is present for up to two miles away. Ask them how they will protect wild life from the 500 M.P.H. rotating blades. And what is the economic return on their investment? Does it only make money with Government subsidies? Will anyone please give a report on the meeting to ebrandon. Many thanks. The meeting is at Carroll Memorial Hall, Carroll Manitoba. On May 3rd, 2007 at 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
