path of distruction

l took a drive down south on no 10 highway this morning, about 6 miles south of minto you can see where the tornado crossed the highway the other night.telephone poles bend over, trees snapped in half, and parts of biuldings in the ditch.took a drive west of no 10 towards elgin, following the path of the tornado.you really have to see the damage it can cause, you see it in the paper and on the news, but to see it in real life in scary.the paper and the news on tv,just scratched the surface of the damage.if you want to see the power these things have take a drive down and take a look.the fields are covered in stuff.places where there was a bluff of trees, completely gone !! l stopped and talked to one farmer picking up blue tin in his field,he said he doesn't know anyone who had a blue tin shed for 20 miles..one thing he said that kinda make me think,he said ,Why is it that these storm chasers from Kansas drove 24 hours to get here because they knew a very bad storm was coming, yet no one around here knew it would be that bad..
