How the heck he proposes to do this is beyond me. He also states that those industries that don't comply with the new requirements will not be doing business in MB. Three megatonnes will have to be slashed within 5 years. That's the equivalent of 500,000 cars off the road. Did somebody forget to tell him that agriculture is one of the biggest contributors to Global warming??The one bright spot in this is that if it doesn't happen, we get to vote him out of office!!!
