With Dion doing this does it show leadership or lack there of? What does he stand for? He's basically agreeing with the status quo by doing this in my view. Its like declining your ballot, your vote becomes a vote for whoever won because it cannot be counted against them. If Dion really hated this throne speech he would have voted it down. With ALL the parties thumping their chest they are giving the Conservatives too much power by pulling stunts like these.
