Airport security

Just saw a news item about the fiasco at the Van airport that resulted in what appears to be the needless and sorrowful death of an international visitor /immigrant. He apparently spent *10 HRS* in the secure area and no one, as in employee of the airport, was aware he was there or if they noticed did not question his being there. Even, mind you, after his mother made the possibility of his presence being there. This begs the question, What if say he was a terrorist and had some dastardly plan in mind? What if he had, somehow, made his way out of that area and was now undertaking some horrendous activity in a more critical area in the airport? The airport brass doesn’t seem to be the least concerned with this possibility, surprisingly. This is a prime example of the total misguided thinking going on in the minds of those who have the power over such things as the safety of our country’s portals
