Another club incident in Winnipeg kills one

What is with WInnipeg? For the second time in how many weeks the Empire nightclub takes the heat for this time a 24 year old male dying to stab wounds in the heart inside the club this weekend.
After the recent gun incident you would think the club would follow through with beefing up their security. After the Winnipeg Santa clause parade I passed by the Empire that night, reminded of the recent gun activity, thinking what a terrible area. Then this happens.
It just reminds me that Winnipeg is a place I don't feel entirely safe and this incident could happen anywhere, Manitoba.
