Natives 'bitterly disappointed' with budget

Anyone happen to read the article in today's Winnipeg Sun. Natives 'bitterly disappointed' with budget.
According to Assembly chief Phil Fontaine they are seeking another "day of action". Aboriginals were already planning a peaceful day of "reaching out to Canadians" to explain the problems plaguing their communities. But he said the budget's lack of commitment to aboriginals means they'll accelerate their plans.
They have barricaded CN's mail rail line in Ontario and ceased traffic on Canada's major highway. I wonder what will be next?
Anyone feel this way as well? What should we do to fix these problems? The budget allocated $660 million dollars to aboriginals for education, health programs, child services and safe drinking water. What should the government's next move be? Open up the cheque book and cut another one?
