The Hospital In WPG gets fined for missing the fact that a "fake Nurse" was able to slip past them and work for a couple of years. It irritates me that whether the fine is a buck or a Million it is the money from one of my pockets going to the other. I am sure the Hospital board wonders where the money for the next fine is coming from--ooops they don't!! Maybe that same serial numbered first 50 in the fine will be right back in the seven Oaks coffers next year. Someone that works in that building was paid to be on top of that type of thing. Nope the hospital took the blame. That is a problem I have with board ran public institutions. Where does the buck or Blame stop? Maybe the Department heads should have their names and faces on the front of the hospital "posted like department stores do to just show who we know who to complain to. The board --mmm maybe they should be the ones. While I know there will be some internal disciplines going on, no one is taking the blame here--no stand up guy or gal where there should be. No one should be fired other that the fake nurse but wow the only punishment I see is taxpayers pockets and a Seven oaks Hospital losing face which no one knows whose that is anyways.
