An interesting article in the Free Press today on how Killarney is going full-steam ahead to try to lure Albertans on the cost of living difference:

From a couple of other admin staff I've talked to from towns in the area, this is becoming more and more of a focal point for them to try to recoup any population they may have lost to Winnipeg, Brandon, etc.  
 
Would be interesting to know if anyone knows of any direct efforts for Brandon to promote itself to Albertans and BCers scraping by to make ends meet? Or if there is much point until the housing/rental supply situation gets a bit closer to normalized.
