Sex offender lose near Winnipeg

Joshua Turner, a sex offender on probation and considered a high-risk to re-offend has failed to comply with his probation terms and is currently at large. He was released from Headingley on April 26. The full article from the RCMP is here:

It includes a picture of him for the public. I keep repeating it, but our government simply has to stop this kind of danger to society. Not only the obvious risk of having a sec offender lose, but also of people taking the law into their own hands.
When dangerous offenders with a high risk to re-offend continually get lose people are eventually going to do something themselves. If the whole city of Winnipeg has a picture of a sex offender lose, what motivation do they have to send him back into the system that released him versus taking care of things themselves? If we don't want angry mobs dealing out their own justice we need to fix the repeated release of known dangerous offenders.
