National Geographic produces a load of green rubbish.

Unlike their traditional reports on little known world events, they have produced a conclusion from a survey of 14 countries that has led them to announce that we are only second to the U.S. in the subject of being environmentally, (green) friendly. We get a low score because we live in large houses, which we heat, and travel excessively.
The best scores were in India and Brazil where they live in crude shacks, never have to heat their abode, and do not have to travel long distances for their food or employment.
The online survey involved 1000 consumers from each of the 14 countries and is considered accurate within 3.1 percent 95 percent of the time.
In my opinion if you ask crap questions you get crap results considered accurate within 3.1 percent 95 percent of the time.
