Manitoba tough on drunk drivers??!!???

Just read in today's Bdn Sun about the guy facing his 14th drunk driving charge - 13 prior convictions. He's currently pending on another drunk driving charge in another province & is currently disqualified from driving. Wow - obviously our legal system scares the you-know-what out of people, ya think!?? Good job for everyone else on the roads that Manitoba's not lenient with their sentencing. Just sickening!!
