Manitoba Justice public records

This may be old news to some, but I came across the Manitoba Justice website today (
http://www.jus.gov.mb.ca ) and was blown away by the depth of information that you can find on public record with a simple web search.
For example a search for our Premier Gary Doer came up with results on some sort of Transportation Services claim that was made last year by someone in Minnedosa named Archie Manoogian naming the Premier as a defendant.
The deeper you go, you can find information on divorce records, child support rulings (down to the dollar amount of child support payments, arrears amounts, etc) and quite a bit more.
I'm assuming this type of information has always been publicy accessible, but the internet brings a whole new dimension to it with how easily accessible it makes things. Question is, is there more information that you think should be made available or do you think some of the more personal information should be made more difficult to get to?
