    The Silver Saddle Grill in Minto has been leased once again.  
     
    Be sure to keep an eye out for the grand opening around the beginning of September

    That is good news. We have always had good meals there, so we are optimistic that the tradition will continue with the new operators.

    My name is Brandy Matchett. I have been in the restaurant business for ten years and I graduated from Assiniboine Community College with a culinary arts degree. I also have ties with Dunrea, Ninette, and area, having gone to those schools at one point or other. Currently I reside in Killarney, but look forward to serving the Minto community and area. Thanks
